Donna Jean Hull, 78, of Burlington, died Friday, Dec. 6, 2024, at Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House in West Burlington.

Born on July 25, 1946, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Raymond and Helen Bragg Jaeger. She married Richard Hull in Burlington, in 1964.

Donna was a social worker for 25 years for Des Moines County, where she retired. She loved attending her grandchildren’s school functions and sporting events, especially her grandson Bubba’s. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and playing bingo. Most of all Donna loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband Richard; son Mark Hull if Burlington; four grandchildren: Noah, Alyssa, Brianna and Brian Hull; sisters: Edith Jaeger and Diana Jackson. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son Brian Hull; four brothers: Skip Jaeger, Fred Jaeger, Chuck Jaeger and Rich Jaeger.

Per her wishes cremation has been entrusted and accorded to the care of Lunning Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held at Lunning Chapel at a later date in the Spring of 2025. Interment will be held in Burlington Memorial Park.
