Ronald Rainwater, 67, of Burlington, died Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington. Born November 16, 1958, in Houston, Texas, he was the son of Donnel and Delma Simpson Rainwater.&nbsp; Ronald was a truck driver. He loved spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews. Survivors include his sister, Linda Kay Rainwater of Oquawka, Ill.; three nieces, Jessica McClaren, Sherrie Benedict, and Amanda McLain; one nephew, John Rainwater; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Donna Marie and Sherry Ann, and one brother, Donnel Rainwater Jr. Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory. There will be no visitation or services. Prugh Funeral Service is in care of the arrangements.
