Patricia L. Roxlau Brown, 88, of Burlington, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024, at the OakView Nursing Home and Rehabilitation in Burlington.

Born Sept. 25, 1935, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Arthur Roxlau and Dorothy May Arpe Roxlau Hill. She was raised by Mother and "Smokey" Joe Hill. She married Dennis L. Brown, April 28, 1958, at Grace United Methodist Church. 

Survivors include husband; son, Michael J. Brown; daughter, Linda Sue Brown Spiker Metcalf; sisters, Joann Hill Bryant and Paula Jakub; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
