Eric Morrow, 38, of Burlington, died Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at his home.
Born September 13, 1987, in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of Eric Morrow and Karen Strawhorn Shuler.
Eric was a jokester. He was funny, loving and outgoing and loved to be around people, especially his family and nieces and nephews. He loved playing basketball and was a huge Michael Jordan and Chicago Bears fan. He loved to dress the best and always enjoyed eating some pig feet.
He is survived by his son Eric Shuler; parents Eric Morrow and Karen (Eric) Shuler both of Chicago, Illinois; siblings, Ashante (Antron) Burnett, Tierre Morrow and Kerea Morrow and Curtis Veal who was like a brother to him; nieces and nephews, Trent Burnett, Taylor Burnett, Trelon Burnett and Trinity Burnett; aunts, Kinya Strawhorn and Tawanna Morrow; uncle Jerry Strawhorn and his favorite cousin Jayla Williams.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Laura Strawhorn and uncle Kenneth Strawhorn.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation has been accorded and entrusted to the care of Lunning Chapel.
A memorial has been established for the family.
