Thomas Alan Carr, 46 Years, of Phelan, Calif. died Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2023.

Born Feb. 2, 1977, in West Covina, Calif., he was the son of Danny Edward and Shirley Ann Gillette Carr.&nbsp;

Thomas was a member of Set Free Ministries in Phelan, Calif. He enjoyed collecting DVDs, watching movies, and loved animals, mostly dogs. He was very social and enjoyed hanging out with his friends.&nbsp;

Survivors include his mother, Shirley Ann Carr of Wapello; three siblings, Danny Carr of Burlington, Stephanie Carr of Sacramento, Calif., and Bobby Carr of West Burlington, and many nieces and nephews.

Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.&nbsp;
