Jeanette Aldeane Pearsall, 93, of Mount Pleasant, died Wednesday, February 11, 2026, while staying at her daughter's home.
Born September 18, 1932, in Salem, Ore., she was the daughter of James B. and Mabel Mason Sullivan. On August 1, 1950, she married Calvin Edwin Pearsall in First Baptist Church in Salem, Oregon. He died July 15, 2025.
She graduated from Salem High School in Oregon in 1950.
Jeanette worked as a secretary at First Baptist Church in Salem for 30 years. In addition to her role in the office, she faithfully served as a deaconess and was always willing to help wherever she was needed. Above all, her greatest joy was caring for her home and family.
She enjoyed quilting and sewing, and in her younger years, she loved to sing and play the piano.
Survivors include her daughter, Diana (Dave) Cretsinger of Mount Pleasant; three grandchildren, Alex, Amy and Aubrey; six great-grandchildren, Paisley, Ryder, Charlotte, Jaxon, Kipton and Hazel, and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Jan Wink, sister, Eloise Bingenheimer and brother, Robert Sullivan.
Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory.
There will be no formal services.
