Last week, Burlington Steamboat Days organizers announced the 57th iteration of the music festival will focus on country music when it returns in June.
Today, organizers announced two of their three headlining acts. Country music star Gretchen Wilson, best known for her hit song “Redneck Woman,” will take the stage on Saturday.
Riley Green, most famous for his song “I Wish Grandpas Never Died,” will take the stage on Friday. Recently, Green has been on tour with country music star Jason Aldean. Before he was a recording artist, Green was a contestant on the CMT reality show “Redneck Island.” He released a self-titled EP in 2013.
Ticket prices and more information will be revealed on the Burlington Steamboat Days Facebook page.
