Malcolm Ira Powers, 76, of Iowa City, formerly of Danville, died March 19, 2023 at University Hospital, Iowa City.

Malcolm was born Feb. 16, 1947 and graduated Danville High School 1966. He retired from Iowa City Transit after 30 years. He is survived by brother Guy and son Aaron.

His cremains will be buried on the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate reservation in South Dakota at a later date.
