Margaret "Peg" McCreight, 81, of Burlington, died Monday, Jan. 8, 2024, at Bickford of Burlington.

Born March 10, 1942, in Henry County, she was the daughter of Merle and Mary Louise Haviland Wickham. On July 31, 1961, she married Michael McCreight in Mount Union. He preceded her in death on June 21, 1990.

Survivors include her son, Scott McCreight; daughter, Theresa Abbott; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 12 until 7 p.m. with the family to receive friends from 5 - 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18 at Prugh Funeral Service, 3940 Division St.

The funeral service for Mrs. McCreight will be 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 19 at Christ Episcopal Church with Father Carl Mann officiating.  Burial will be in Sheridan Cemetery in Mount Union.

A memorial has been established for Christ Episcopal Church.
