On Thursday, August 4, 2022, Daniel Dean Graham, loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away at home in Deland, Fla., at the age of 62.&nbsp; 

Daniel was born on February 6, 1960, in Burlington to Charles Nathan and Peggy Ilaine Astfalk Graham.&nbsp; 

He was a graduate of Burlington High School in 1979 and served in the United States Army and Iowa National Guard.&nbsp; On Sept., 5, 1987, he married Lisa Marie Fraise in Burlington.&nbsp; They raised their two children, Ashlie and Chase, in West Burlington.&nbsp; 

He loved to vacation in Florida with his family, which prompted a move in the last few years to Deland with his wife. He enjoyed spending time on the beach relaxing in the sun.&nbsp; He was known for being a helpful neighbor and willing volunteer. &nbsp;He was of Christian faith.&nbsp; 

Dan was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Michael Graham, and brother-in-law, Larry Blutt.&nbsp; 

He is survived by his wife of almost 35 years, Lisa; his two children, Ashlie (Matthew) Aaron of Sulphur, La., and Chase (Alexia) Graham of Coble, Tenn.; grandson, Maverick Graham; sister, Nancy Blutt; brother Scott Graham; nieces and nephews, and many extended family members.&nbsp; 

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Burlington.&nbsp; Interment will be at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims, Fla.
