Patrick Coursey, 63, formerly of Burlington, died Saturday, Oct. 16, 2021, at his home in Fort Madison.

Born March 17, 1958, in Burlington, he was the son of Richard and Betty Ann Burnette Coursey.

Mr. Coursey worked for SJ Smith for several years, and at the Iowa Fertilizer Plant before retirement.

Survivors include his father of Fort Madison; one son, Scott Coursey of Fort Madison; three brothers, Steve Coursey of Monmouth, Ill., and Jeff Coursey and Tim Coursey, both of Burlington; one sister, Jolinda Coursey of Fort Madison; and two grandsons.

No visitation or services are planned for Mr. Coursey. Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory.
