Richard C. Holbert, 78, of Burlington, died Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa.
Born August 26, 1945, in Parkersburg, West Virginia, he was the son of Kenard and Renice Holbert.
He is survived by his wife on Sandra “Sue” Holbert, four sons, Richard Holbert, Todd Holbert, Mark Holbert and Matt Holbert; grandchildren, Christopher, Markus, Vanessa, Mary, Dominic, Jase and Amina and one sister Judy Jonas.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
According to his wishes, cremation has been accorded and entrusted to the care of Lunning Chapel. Burial will be held in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
