
Audrey Anne Sirovy, age 70, passed away on Jan. 30, 2025, in Iowa City, Iowa. Born on Jan. 2, 1955, in Muscatine, Audrey was the beloved daughter of Charles and Vivian Beeding Foster. In July of 1973, Audrey married Calvin Sirovy. Together they built a life filled with love and cherished memories until Calvin’s passing in 2005. Their union brought two children into the world: Melissa (Tim) Keen and Timothy (Hannah) Sirovy. Audrey took great pride in her role as a mother and later as a grandmother to Shannon (Joshua) Patrick, Kristen Keen, and Calvin Keen. Her joy only grew with the arrival of her four great-grandchildren: Braxton Lewman and Teagan, Hadley, and Archer Patrick.
Audrey grew up in a large and loving family alongside her siblings. She is survived by her brother Allen and sisters Phylis (Dan) Kauffman, Dorothy Morrow, Sally Malcom, Ethel (Steve Bishop) Foster, Edith (Marlin) Spitznogle, and Ina Foster.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Kenny, Roger, Ross, and her sister Mary.
A graveside service to honor Audrey’s life will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 7, 2025, at Wapello Cemetery in Wapello, Iowa (100th St. Wapello, IA).
