Sandra L. Rutter-Wells Blanchard, 57, of Burlington, died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022, at her home. Born Nov. 7, 1964, in DeKalb, Ill., she was the daughter of Raymond Russell and GayLea Wells Rutter. On Jan. 24, 1991, Sandra married Jeffery H. Blanchard in Ft. Madison. Sandra earned her two-year nursing degree at SCC. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed following figure skaters Ekaterina Gordeeva and Sergei Grinkov on Facebook. She liked antique jewelry and she was a fan of Billy Idol. Sandra was a loving mother and wife. She loved her family and friends very much and was there to help anyone in need with her big heart. Survivors include her husband; daughter Eryn L. Blanchard-Wells and grandcat, Lastat of Waterloo; sister Kim (David) Goble of Burlington; and brother Michael (Renee) Rutter of Burlington. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial visitation for Sandra will be Thursday, Feb. 10 from noon until 6 p.m. at Lunning Chapel. Inurnment will be at a later date at Claypoole cemetery. Per Sandra’s wishes, cremation has been accorded and entrusted to Lunning Chapel. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for PAWS of Ft Madison.&nbsp;&nbsp;
