Cody Noelle McCoy, 34, of Burlington, died Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington.

Born December 20, 1990, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Marvin and Janice Lynn Curley McCoy. 

She graduated from Burlington High School in 2009 and went on to attend SCC, where she studied nursing.

She worked many years at the Burlington Golf Club, where she made her way up as clubhouse manager, a role she was very proud of and truly enjoyed. While at the Burlington golf club she made outstanding accomplishments and many lasting friendships. Before the golf club she had previously worked at Spirit hollow Golf course and Hy-Vee where she showed a lot of hard work and dedication.

Cody had a love for baking, dancing, and had endless jokes and stories to tell. She expressed her creativity through her beautiful artwork and crafts. She had a wonderful eye for detail, an incredible sense of organization, and a warm, caring spirit that touched everyone around her. No matter what the day brought, motherhood was always her top priority, her love for her children was the one thing that never wavered.

Survivors include her three children, Breana Range-McCoy, Julian Jackson, and Camden Harrel all of Burlington; two brothers, Richard Joseph Curley and Brent McCoy both of Burlington; one sister, Shelly Johnston of Fort Madison; bonus dad, Harvey "JR" Blint of Burlington; bonus sister, Sarah Blint of Burlington and nephew, Brady McCoy, among other nieces, nephews, and bonus children.

She was preceded in death by her parents, paternal grandparents, maternal grandparents and brother, Marvin McCoy Jr.

Visitation will be from noon until 2:00 p.m., on Monday, November 10, 2025, at Prugh Funeral Service, 3940 Division Street.

The funeral service for Cody McCoy will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 10, 2025, at Prugh Funeral Service, 3940 Division Street with Pastor Marcus Timmons officiating.  Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.  

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
