Philip D. Wilcox, 75, of Mediapolis, formerly of Burlington, died Oct. 31, 2021, at Azria Health Prairie Ridge in Mediapolis.
Philip was born Nov. 18, 1945, in Dallas City, Ill.. He was the son of Charles E. and Nellie Mae Winkler Wilcox. He was in the Army.
On April 15, 2000, Philip married Tonda Green at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Philip worked for PerMar Security at JI Case Company, and 20 years at Chittenden and Eastman. Philip was a member of the Burlington Train Club.
Philip is survived by his wife; daughter, Tracy Andrews; son, Rick Wilcox; step-daughter, Joni Green; four grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Cremation has been accorded and entrusted to the care of Lunning Chapel. Private family inurnment will be in Keokuk National Cemetery.
