Michael David Menke, 36, of Burlington, died Monday November 28, 2022, at his home.
Born September 6, 1986, in Burlington, he was the son of David and Kathleen Francis Menke. He was baptized in the Catholic faith.
Michael graduated from Burlington High School. He worked numerous jobs and most recently was working at Silgan. He enjoyed working on computers and fishing. He loved taking his dog Jordy to the dog park. He was a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan and he loved spending time with his children when he could.
Survivors include his three daughters Cameron, Molly, and Remy; father David (Kathryn) Menke of Burlington; three half-brothers Tom Patterson of West Burlington, Benjamin (Megan) Patterson of Davenport, Caleb Titus of Burlington; one sister Kim (Nick) LaFauce of West Burlington; grandmother Miriam Francis of Burlington and two stepbrothers Josh and Tim of Pennsylvania.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathy Titus, and step-father Craig Titus, son Dayton David Menke, grandfather Bob Francis; grandparents Eugene and Darlene Menke, and aunts Paulette and Vickie.
The funeral service for Michael will be Thursday, December 8 at 1 p.m. at Lunning Chapel with the Very Reverend Father Marty Goetz officiating. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 7 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Lunning Chapel.
