Leslie Kay Riggs, 65, of Burlington, died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2023, at her home in Burlington.

Born Nov. 17, 1957, in Lafayette, Ind., she was the daughter of Cleo Leslie Huffer and Sharon Slayton Coward. She spent most of her adult life in Reno, Nev. She married Stafford Jay Riggs in 1997, and they later divorced but remained close friends.&nbsp;

Leslie enjoyed watching movies. She loved her cats and her nieces and nephews.&nbsp;

Survivors include her sister, Nicki (Troy) Beauchanp of Clifton, Colo.; nieces and nephews, Steven (Nicole) Coward of Burlington, Fawna Kelly, Selina Kepka, Rayne, Raidyn, Stevy and Jacey Coward, Gauge and Leah Zuber, Quintin, June Kepka, Casey McGann, Chaice Walter; and best friend, Michelle Duncan.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Randy Huffer, and sister, Kelly Coward.&nbsp;

Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory.
