Kevin Drew Washburne, 52, of Burlington, died Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023, at his home.

Born May 3, 1970, in Keokuk he was the son of David Hickman Sr. and Elizabeth Maye Meyers Washburne.

Kevin loved camping and fishing and being outdoors. He taught wilderness survival to his niece and nephew, Brittany and Trevor.

Survivors include his daughter Haleigh Rene of Cedar Rapids; siblings Deb (Tony) Bailey of Walnut, Cheryl (Rick) Richtman of Keokuk, Dave Washburne Jr. of New London, Lor (Steve) Mason of Keokuk, John Washburne of Anamosa, Nathan Washburne of Newton; special friends Trina Brockett-Scott &amp; Kathy Johnson.

Cremation has been accorded and entrusted to the care of Lunning Chapel. There will be no formal services at this time.
