Mary Lou Banks, 87, passed away on Dec. 2, 2021, at the Southeast Regional Hospice House in West Burlington.
Born Nov. 19, 1934, in Ralston, Okla., to Memory Ann Montgomery Price and George Andrew Price.
She was of the Baptist faith.
She worked for over 20 years at Elm View Care Center in housekeeping and
then laundry.
She is survived by two daughters, Georgia Oetken of Burlington, Rosemary Flaherty of Mediapolis; one son, Tommy Banks of Burlington; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Cremation has been entrusted to the Prugh Crematory.
The memorial service for Mrs. Banks will be 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 6 at Prugh-Thielen Funeral Home with Pastor Dean Graber officiating.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the Southeast Regional Hospice House.
