Lucy Joan Olson Gajewski, 99, of Burlington, died Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2022, at the OakView Nursing Home and Rehabilitation in Burlington.

Born Aug. 6, 1922, in Chisholm, Minn., she was the daughter of 
Lawrence and Eva Kazior Kolodji. She married Dale Olson and a preceded her in death. On July 29, 1996, she married Bernard T. 
Gajewski in Burlington. He died on Nov. 28, 2010.

She was a member SS John &amp; Paul Catholic Church, the Moose, and 
was one of the original members of the Henderson County Golf Club.

Survivors include four sons, Glen Olson of Biggsville, Ill., 
Gerald Olson of Carman, Ill., Robert Olson of Carman, Ill., 
and Richard Olson of Biggsville, Ill.; eight grandchildren; 12 
great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren and sister, Gloris Salernitano of N.J.

A private family service will be held. Burial will be in Biggsville Cemetery.
