Paul Flactiff, 83, of Keota, formerly of Burlington, died Monday, Feb. 10, 2025, at the Keota Health Center in Keota. Born Aug. 27, 1941, in Ottumwa, he was the son of Harry and Mary Flactiff. He was an Air Force veteran. He married Diana Swink on March 14, 1969. She preceded him in death April 9, 2021.
Paul worked for J.I. Case until his retirement.
He is survived by his two daughters, DawnDe A. Irwin and Reneea Dealcruz; son Mark Flactiff of Milan, Illinois; three step-children Linda Jones, Raymond Clute and Brent Clute; 15 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Sister Eunice Graham of Ottumwa and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Diana, step-son Larry Clute, two brothers Harry Flactiff and Eddie Flactiff and four sisters, Doris Weltch, Eva Paris, Rosalie Osborn and Lottie Steinbach.
There will be no funeral services. Cremation has been accorded and entrusted to the care of Lunning Chapel.
