Juanita Pearl Chapman, 93, of Burlington, died Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024, at the Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House in West Burlington.

Born July 6, 1930, in Ottumwa, she was the daughter of William and Margaret "Maggie" Young Clark. She married Charles Burt Chapman Jr. He preceded her in death.  

Survivors include her children, Rick Chapman, Steven Chapman, Diane Dixon, and Connie Johnson; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Barb Hester and Ethel Wills.

A celebration of life will be held at a later time.
