Judy Ellen Estlick, 71, of Burlington, died Friday, Jan. 24, 2025, at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington. Born July 8, 1953, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Lloyd and Marceline Seibert.
She worked for the Department of Human Services for over 25 years. She was a hard-working single mother who loved her grandkids, fiddling in her garden, puzzles, painting and coloring, in addition to doting on her two fur babies Daisy and Charlie.
She will be missed by her four children; Patty (John) Reynolds, Tanya (Jeremy) Hockett, Nikki (Jeremy) Anderson and Caci Estlick; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; brother Thomas A. Seibert and four nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A private graveside service and burial will be held at Aspen Grove Cemetery.
A memorial has been established for the family.
