Andrew Joseph Stout, 38, died Thursday, Nov. 21, 2024. Born on May 14, 1986, in Burlington he was the son of William Joseph and Connie Elaine Stout. 

Andrew was a mechanic. He enjoyed working on cars, mudding in his truck, loved his sound system and life.

Survivors include: his fiancé, Jessica Lipper and her daughter Shelby Lipper of Burlington; brother, Troy Phillips of Burlington; Aunts, Uncles including Kathy Murphy and Larry Stout of Burlington; cousins including special cousin Brandi Boyle of Burlington; and lifelong friends, Chris Lamb, Gayle Palmer and Paul Marsden.

There will be no funeral services held at this time for Andrew Joseph Stout. Celebration of Andrew’s life will be held at a later date. Cremation has been accorded and in care of Lunning Chapel.
