Robert Luth, 85, of Burlington, died Monday, June 5, 2023, at the New London Nursing and Rehab in New London.

Born Aug. 9, 1937, in Burlington, he was the son of Paul and Captola Viola Klaus Luth and his stepfather, Lyle Anderson.

Robert liked working on radios, working at Hope Haven, watching TV, especially cowboy, rodeo, and western movies, and most importantly, General Hospital. He also loved watching people, he was always very social and was the official greeter at Friedenheim apartment complex. He was affectionately known as "Tex" by his friends at Hope Haven.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his stepfather, Lyle Anderson.

Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, June 8, 2023, at Prugh Funeral Service, 3940 Division Street.

A private graveside committal service for Mr. Luth will be held.
