
Judy Lynn Binkley, 76, of Lomax, Illinois, died Sunday, February 9, 2025, at 7:40 am at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington.
Born on November 27, 1948 in Macomb, IL she was the daughter of Ronald and Josephine (Groenewold) Jibben. On November 3, 1986 in Burlington she married Asa N. Binkley, Jr
Judy graduated from Green Valley High School the Class of 1966 in Green Valley, IL and also graduated from the Registered Laboratory Technician School in Minneapolis, MN. She was a Phlebotomist, EMT, Registered Medical Technician, and a Laboratory Technician in Hematology for 40 years at Burlington Medical Center and Great River Medical Center.
Judy was a member and served as secretary of the Riverview Sportsman Club of Dallas City, IL. She collected Beannie Babies, music boxes, and loved going to the Casino also, playing solitaire and slot games on the computer.
Survivors include her husband, Asa Newton Binkley, Jr of Lomax, IL; one daughter, Dannah(Mark) Kilborn of Round Rock, Texas; son Glenn Birky of Gladstone, IL; step daughters, Lori (Pat Gerst) Wilson of West Burlington, and Lana (Lyle) Polson of Burlington; grandchildren, Abigail, Ruby, Milo, Kairi, Finnegan, Jocelyn, Ambria, Sidney and Carson; great grandchildren, Aurora, Ezra and Oaklyn; Step grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica; step great grandchildren Jayli, Kohen, Lucas, Virgina; and on brother Bill (Debbie) Jibben of Petersburg, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Jo, a great granddaughter Emily and Stepson Jeffrey.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to the Riverview Sportsman Club of Dallas City, IL a 501c3 at P.O. Box 502 Dallas City, IL 62330, where a Celebration will follow at a later date.
