Michael L. " Mike " Link, 51, formerly of Oquawka and currently of Iowa City, Iowa; died November 19, 2022, at University Hospitals in Iowa City, Iowa.
Mike was born on March 10, 1971, in Monmouth, Ill. and was raised and attended school in Oquawka and Union High School. Michael had various employments locally and most of all was a musician. He loved music and performing for audiences in the area and in Iowa City. He also was very fond of his pet dogs, "Seether" and "Hank".
Mike is survived by his mother, Carolyn Link of Oquawka, Ill., and his three sisters, Susan Meadows of Cape Canaveral, Fla.; Debra and Matt Godsil of Moline, Ill.; and Theresa Myers of Oquawka, Ill., his brother, Richard, and Jean Link, Jr. of Burlington. He is preceded in his death by his father, Richard Sr., and all four of his grandparents, his aunts, uncles, and other relatives.
