Gregory Dean McNamee, 67, of Burlington, died Monday, Dec. 6, 2021, at Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center.
 Born Dec. 16, 1953, in Burlington, Gregory was the son of William V. “Nub” and Barbara Beatrice Heath McNamee.
 Gregory was a graduate of Central High School. On Feb. 14, 2001, he married Brenda Ann Scott.
 William worked for Iowa State Penitentiary in the 1970s and for the rail crew express for four years, retiring in 2017.
 Survivors include two sons, Justin McNamee and William McNamee of 
Burlington; daughter Mandy McNamee of Oquawka, Ill.; two sisters, Kathy Tracy of Oquawka, Ill. and Jana Chwalisz of Buffalo Grove, Ill.; and five grandchildren. Cremation has been accorded and entrusted to Lunning Funeral Chapel.
 There will be no services at this time. Burial will be at a later 
date in Oquawka, Ill.
