Lisa Joy McCoy, 54, of West Burlington died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2022, at her residence. Born Nov. 22, 1967, in Sacramento, Calif. she was the daughter of Robert and Joy West Rumsey. Lisa graduated from high school in Sacramento. Lisa was a production worker and worked at Shearers, Winegard, and Mississippi Valley Bakery over the years. Survivors include her sons, Daniel and Kenneth; eight grandchildren; sisters, Leona Carr of Kentucky and Melissa Lund of Medford, Ore. Cremation has been accorded and entrusted to Lunning Chapel.&nbsp;&nbsp;
