Tammy Ann Good, 62, of Lomax, Illinois, passed away at 4:25 p.m. Saturday, November 15, 2025 at her home.

Tammy was born July 25, 1963 in LaHarpe, Illinois, the daughter of Ronald D. and Elaine (Smith) Good. In 1979 she married Rodney McIntyre. They later divorced. In 1989 she married Kevin Vaughn. They later divorced. 

Tammy worked all of her life in healthcare; often working more than one job at a time to provide for her family. Her caring personality made healthcare the perfect fit for her. She was employed by Oak Lane Nursing & Rehab in Stronghurst, Rosebush Gardens in Burlington and Henderson County Home Health, where she took pride in allowing her patients to stay in the comfort of their own home. Lastly, she was employed as Social Director for the LaHarpe-Davier Health Care Center, where she retired from. 

In her free time, she enjoyed watching TV, especially episodes of Gun Smoke with her father. Most important to Tammy, was the time spent with her family. 

Survivors include three children: Dena McIntyre of Lomax, David McIntyre of Lomax and Tiffany Davis of Watseka, Illinois; three grandchildren: Kyla, Alexis and Novalynn McIntyre; one sister: Sherry Good of Stronghurst and two nieces: Hannah Campbell and Caitlin Peterson. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: Shane and Richard Good; one grandson: Ryan Davis and one nephew: Joshua Good.

The details for a Celebration of Tammy’s Life will be announced. A memorial fund has been set for the family.
