Esther Lucille Reconnu, 86, of Burlington, died Nov. 28, 2o23, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill. She was born July 14, 1937, in Horth Charleroi, Penn., the daughter of Raymond and Leona Dolan.

Survivors include her daughters, Kathleen Houlton and Rebecca Grainger; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.&nbsp;

A celebration of life will be held in the spring of 2024.
