Roger Anderson, 83, of Indianapolis, IN died at his home on Friday, February 28, 2025. Born October 23, 1941 at Elm Grove Township, in Louisa County, he was the son ofFrancis Peter and Mary Elizabeth (Collett) Anderson. On November 11, 1972 he married Sandra Grinstead at the New London Presbyterian Church.
Roger worked as a Design Engineer and retired from Rolls Royce in 1998. He loved racing sprint cars and all sports. He loved tinkering in the garage & could fix anything.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra, son Richard Anderson, daughter Mary Anderson.
He is preceded in death by his parents, 6 brothers Jim, Dean, Bob, Jerry, Donald and David Anderson, and one sister Lois Anderson.
The memorial service for Roger Anderson will be 7:00 pm Saturday, March 29th, 2025, in the Lunning Chapel with Mr. Ned Fry officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until the time of service.
