Sharon Lucille Lambert Sechrest, 79, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2025 at 3:50 p.m. at Lynchburg General Hospital in Lynchburg, Vir. Sharon was born on Dec. 9, 1945 in Norman, Oklahoma to Harley and Bonnie Lambert. She worked many years as a legal secretary.

She is survived by one son, Kendall Pearsall and one brother Lawrence Lambert, and numerous nieces and nephews. &nbsp;She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David Sechrest, and 2 sisters, Patricia Ledbetter and Sally Chumley, and one grand-daughter, Bridgett Pearsall.

Graveside services will be conducted by Prugh’s Funeral Home in Burlington, Iowa and burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
