Lisa Mildred Nichols, 56, of Burlington, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021, at the Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House in West Burlington.
Family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10 at Prugh-Thielen Funeral Home.
The funeral service for Mrs. Nichols will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10 at Prugh-Thielen Funeral Home with the Reverend Shane A. McCampbell officiating.
Cremation will be entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory following the service. Burial will be in Burlington Memorial Park at a later date.
