Dusty W. Janssen, 53, of Burlington, Iowa, died Thursday, June 5, 2025, at his homeBorn on January 1, 1972, in Mason City, Iowa, he was the son of Larry D. Janssen and Micki L. Williams.

Dusty graduated from Fort Madison High School in 1990 and then attended Iowa State University. He worked for Shearers for several years. He was a simple man and he enjoyed the outdoors, animals, boating and jet skiing.

He is survived by his mother Micki; brother Rob (Jamie) Janssen and niece Brandi.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, father Larry and step father Fred Williams.

Per his wishes cremation has been entrusted and accorded to the care of Lunning Chapel and no services will be held.
