Roger Dean Boeding, 83, of Wever,&nbsp; passed away at 5:05 a.m. on Sunday, March 30, 2025, at Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington of complications from RSV.&nbsp; He was born on June 5, 1941, in Fort Madison, to Louis &amp; Dorothea Wilbert Boeding.&nbsp; He married Marilyn A. Merschman on June 15, 1963, in St. Paul.&nbsp; He was in sales at Shottenkirk in Fort Madison for 32 years and was a member of Holy Family Parish and the Fort Madison Elk’s Lodge.&nbsp; He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and spending time with his family.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Roger is survived by: his wife: Marilyn Boeding of Wever, Iowa; one daughter: Michele (Jeff) Shaw of Lake Villa, Ill.; 1-son: Chad (Kristine) Boeding of San Francisco, Calif.;&nbsp; three grandchildren: Stefanie Shaw of Lake Villa, Ill., Austin Boeding of San Francisco, Calif. &amp; Blake Caroline Boeding of San Francisco, Calif. and 1-brother: Ron (Jean) Boeding of West Point, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents.
