Harold E. Glasgow, 94, of West Burlington, died Sunday, January 11, 2026, at the Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House in West Burlington.

Born February 24, 1931, in Lee County, Iowa, he was the son of Clarence and Alice (Schrader) Glasgow. On October 12, 1950, he married Rosemary Boeding in West Point, Iowa.  Sadly, Rosemary passed away December 11, 2018.

Harold was a member of the Knights of Columbus #568, Loyal Order of the Moose, former member of the Elks and Eagles. He was on the Board of Directors of St. Mary's Cemetery and a member of Teamsters Retirees Local #218.  Harold drove trucks throughout his life and worked for several years at Shottenkirk before fully retiring.  Harold co-owned the Western Club in Gulport, IL with Larry Booth for many years.  Harold and Rosemary also owned and operated Harold's Place in downtown Burlington.

Harold was very outgoing, humorous, and a touch ornery.  He loved being social and seemed to always have a twinkle in his eye.  A Hawkeye fan, Harold enjoyed catching a basketball game, or watching the Cardinal's play baseball.  Moreover, he loved his family.  He looked forward to watching his grandchildren's sporting events and enjoyed cheering them on.  Harold loved his wife and family immensely.  He will be deeply missed.

Survivors include his children, Jerry (Kim) Glasgow, Susan (Greg) Eastin, Bill (Susan) Glasgow, and Jeff (Julie) Glasgow all of Burlington, Terry (LuAnne Davey) Glasgow of Norwalk, and Kathy (Michael) Cameron of West Burlington; grandchildren, Tyler (Julie) Glasgow, Sarah (Ryan) Jacobs, Travis (Carly) Eastin, Amber O'Neill, Jacob (Meagan) Glasgow, Lucas (Kim) Glasgow, Ben (Shawna) Cameron, Nick (Kali) Eastin, Blake (Rachel) Cameron, Chris Eastin, DJ (Samantha) Glasgow, and Anne (Shay) Palmer; 21 great grandchildren; brothers, Marvin Glasgow of Denmark, Frank Glasgow of Dothan, AL, Dale Glasgow of Danville; and many nieces and nephews.

Harold is preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Rosemary; his parents; two brothers; two sisters; and one grandson-in-law, Kevin O'Neill.

Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM with the family to receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Prugh Funeral Service, 3940 Division Street.

Jake Greiner as the Celebrant. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.  A time of food and fellowship will be held at the SS. Mary and Patrick Church Hall following the burial.
