Gregory “Tony” Blint, 72, formerly of Burlington, died Monday, Nov. 8, 2021.
Born Nov. 4, 1949 in Fort Madison, he was the son of Don and Leora Hundt Blint.
Greg grew up in Burlington until he enlisted in the Army during the Vietnam War. After his time in the service, he returned home for a short time before moving to California, where he made his home for the remainder of his life.
Greg was a singer and an artist, having his artwork shown in galleries. He also owned a cleaning business until his health declined.
Greg is survived by one sister, Patty Coleman of Wapello, and one brother, Donnie Blint of Burlington.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Greg’s wishes are to have his ashes distributed over Malibu Beach in California.
