Chad Richard Caldwell, 47, of Burlington, died Monday, Dec. 20, 2021, at his residence.
 Born Oct. 23, 1974, in Burlington, he was the son of Richard Harrison Caldwell Sr. and Kathy Rinae Cluney. 
 Chad was a graduate of Burlington High School. He previously worked for I.A.A.P. and in production for Case I.H.
 He is survived by one brother, Quinton Smothers of Burlington; half-brother, Richard H. Caldwell Jr.; and maternal grandmother, Carol M. Cluney
 of Burlington.
 There will be no formal funeral services at this time. According to his wishes cremation has been accorded.
