Children and adults alike flocked to the riverfront Saturday (June 12) for the Burlington Steamboat Days Kids’ Day event and the concurrent Burlington Riverfront Entertainment Carnival.
It’s only going to get busier tonight.
The BRE Carnival runs until at least 10 p.m. tonight but could stay open until midnight if there is not enough demand. The carnival, which started Wednesday evening, is on its final day. Tickets are $3 each or $25 for 10 tickets. Daily armbands for unlimited rides are available for $20.
The BRE Summer Concert Series begins tonight next to Memorial Auditorium, with a performance by Grammy-nominated Ingrid Andress starting at 7 p.m. Single tickets are $35, or $45 for VIP tickets close to the stage.
