Daniel L. Wasson, 94, of West Memphis, Ark., formerly of Burlington, died Sunday, February 20, 2022, at The Springs of Broadway Nursing Home, West Memphis. Born April 7, 1927, he was the son of Charles Dewey and Katherine Elizabeth Loeffers Wasson. Daniel graduated from Burlington High School. He married Eileen H. Luth on June 3, 1951, in Des Moines County. Daniel worked for 7-Up for 49 years, retiring in 1992 as production manager. Survivors include his wife, Eileen; daughter, Carol Diane Waters of Des Moines; son, Michael Walter Wasson of West Memphis, Ark.; grandson, Sean Wasson of Horn Lake, Miss.; granddaughter, Katherine Blume of Des Moines; and brother, Charles “Chuck” Wasson of Burlington. Daniel was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers. Graveside funeral service and interment for Daniel will be Friday, March 4, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Aspen Grove Cemetery.&nbsp;&nbsp;
