Keith Charles Harte, 79, of Burlington, died Monday, October 3, 2022, at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington.

Born March 6, 1943, in Seattle, Wash., he was the son of Charles A. and Evelyn Davies Harte. On May 19, 1978, he married Jeanne Ebert in Bakersfield, Calif..&nbsp;

Keith worked as a Union Carpenter for 50 years.&nbsp;

He was an U.S. Air Force Veteran, serving from January 10, 1963 until January 9, 1967.

Keith was a former member of the Moose Lodge. Fishing was Keith's all time favorite activity. He also enjoyed gambling and going to yard sales and thrift stores. He was a bargain hunter, always looking for a great deal.&nbsp;

Survivors include his wife, Jeanne Harte of Burlington; two daughters, Jenifer (Scott) Moore of Guadalupe, Calif. and Amanda (Mark) Luster of Burlington; six grandchildren, Alexandria, Krystyn, and Mytchal (Justine) Moore, Michayla Harte, Faith and Hunter Luster; three great-grandchildren, Remi Jo, Alykzander Moore and Mila Luster.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters.&nbsp;

Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.&nbsp;
